Booking Deposit

Step 1: Make an Appointment by contacting us on 01493 651839, emailing or messaging us on Facebook

Step 2: Pay your Booking Deposit. Once you have made an appointment by calling Please understand that your appointment is not confirmed until we have received your £10 Booking Deposit via the ‘Buy Now’ button.

Your £10 Booking Deposit is taken off your treatment cost when you attend your appointment.

Appointment Cancellation / No Show.

We require ‘One Full Working Days Notice’ of cancellation (24 hours), in which case your Booking Deposit will be carried over to your next appointment up to a maximum of 2 cancelled appointments.

If we do not receive the required cancellation notice of ‘One Full Working Days Notice’. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable and is used to cover loss of business, due to the fact that we don’t have enough time to fill the appointment booked by yourself.
